At Fort Norfolk Medical patients can obtain the immediate care and attention they need on a daily basis with urgent care. Fort Norfolk Medical’s Urgent Care was designed to provide a variety of services that are similar to a hospital’s emergency department but at affordable rates and with shorter wait times.

 

Fort Norfolk Medical’s Urgent care services are designed for acute, episodic care. Simply put, urgent care can treat most injuries or illnesses that are not life-threatening. Advantages of urgent care clinics are that you do not need an appointment and in most cases, your insurance co-pay will be less than going to an emergency room.
